Clevenger’s Comer is sprawl with a capital “S” and I challenge both Mr. Epstein and Mr. Daukas of the AFT that if what is proposed for Clevenger’s Corner is something unique and not simple sprawl to explain to me otherwise.
If Mr. Epstein were truly concerned about preserving the beauty and unique character of the Piedmont he would put the entire parcel of Clevenger’s Comer into conservation easement and abandon his plans to develop Clevenger’s Comer into yet one more sprawl development.
