(Skippy) Giles Jr. watched as his rezoning request sailed smoothly through the town’s Planning Commission and council, but the town’s electric and telephone utilities found rough seas in Mr. Giles’ wake. Wakefield senior Nicola Datta has been informed that she has won a three-quarter tuition scholarship to Catholic University of America in Washington, D. C. The award will further her education in classical studies.
