Visitors* center

Committee chairman Gooch met with architect Jay Monroe to come up with a schematic design for a small all-weather building to be used to display brochures, maps, and other local tourist information. Monroe volunteered to complete the work without cost to the town. Gooch will also meet with interested people to bring together the kinds of information that would be most helpful. A location for the building also needs to be found. Mayor Stew Willis requested that once the design is drawn, it be brought before the council.
