Calendar updates
Rappahannock County Public Schools will be closed all day on Thursday, Jan. 27 for Parent/Teacher conferences. Conferences will be held 1 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
School will be closed all day on Friday, Jan. 28 for staff training.
Democrats to meet
The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee is fortunate to have Bernadette Devone, Political Director of the Democratic Party of Virginia, as the guest at the regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Library.
Ms. Devone’s focus is on the local Democratic committees, helping with party building, affirmative action and outreach.
,^inspirational speaker, she will V have much to share with all.
A full agenda will also include reports on the successful Lobby Day trip, progress reports from the precinct captains, and from the other committees.
