The ring bearer was Master Niejel White, nephew of the groom, of Atlanta, Ga. He wore a tuxedo identical to the groomsmen.
The mother of the bride, Mrs. Dorothy Butler, was escorted by her son-in-law, Howard Roberts, of Lignum. She chose a champagne evening ensemble by Cachet styled with a full skirt of chiffon and a jacket-style bodice with beading on the round collar. Her shoes were dyed to match the dress.
The godmother of the bride, Mrs. Margaret E. Butler, of Washington selected a floor-length ivory gown and champagne color accessories.
The mother of the groom, Mrs. Mary White, chose a long-sleeve, ivory suit with gold accents and ivory accessories. They were each presented with a corsage of “white on white” roses.
Prelude music was provided by Ms. Cynthia Crum, harpist and Ms. Michelle Knipple, flutist, both of Williamsburg.
