Varsity volleyball
wins match 15-1

The Rappahannock Girls Volleyball teams hosted the Clarke County Eagles last Friday. After having an exhausting week of exams, the Varsity team was pumped up ;for their match.
Rapp came out and took a commanding lead, with great service points and tremendous defense. The Panthers took the first match 15-1: The Ladies would not be denied in the second match either, they defeated the Eagles 15-11. This was a great team effort, the whole team wins the praise for this victory. The Varsity Panthers are now 7-1 in the district.
The J.V. squad came up short in their matches against the Eagles. Clarke took both matches 15-10 and 15-8. Kori Alexander and Elaine Smith had some good service points for the Panthers. Even though they lost the match, the team continues to show a lot of improvement.
