What do we do when we are troubled or when a situation has us stumped? Usually wc go into action to resolve the situation...even if we don’t really know what to do. After all...isn't doing something better than nothing?

In a way, yes; if doing something is first asking God for His judgement in the situation. First, we must stop fretting and complaining and just listen to our Heavenly Father's leading. Consider what God said to Job... “Give heed, O Job, listen to me; be silent and 1 will speak ..listen to Me and I will teach you wisdom." (Job 33:31-33)

We need to meditate with God each day to keep a peaceful composure. On our Sabbath we have the opportunity to commune with God in His House where we may feel even closer to Him as we learn of God’s will for our lives. Worship each week. “Be still, and know that I am God." (Psalm 46:10)
