Mr. Clark was bom July 24, 1923, in Sperryville, son of the late Seth A. and Edith Atkins Clark. He was a selfemployed^ tree surgeon and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are three sons, Wallace H. Clark Jr. of Boyce, Jeffery Webber and Charlie Webber, both of Charles Town, W.Va.; four daughters, Marian Westfall, Sherry Adkins, Barbara Whitacre and Carol Hines, all of Winchester; 17 grandchildren and 15 greatgrandchildren.
Also surviving are three sisters, Della Teslovick of Richmond, Mazie Hawkins of Boyce and Elaine Clark of Winchester.
Pallbearers were Harold Whitacre, Robbie Whitacre, Bryan Atkins, Eamie Lewis, Ricky Bowen, Chris Bowen, Paul Milburn and William Lewis.

Tracy Shannon Bass, 33, of Linden died Thursday, Jan. 27 at her residence.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal by the Rev. William R. Withers.
Mrs. Bass was bom July 1, 1966, in Front Royal, daughter of Elmer E. Foster of Flint Hill and Judith Woodward of Harrisonburg.
In addition to her parents, survivors include a son, Justin Woody; a daughter, Taylor Bass; a sister, Kimberly Washbourne of Alexandria and two brothers, Troy Washbourne and Jeffrey Washbourne, both of Strasburg.
