Spring soccer
registration set
The Rappahannock County Soccer League announces that spring soccer registration has begun. There will be on-site registration at the Rappahannock County Library on Feb. 5 from 10:30 until 1 p.m. The registrar will be at the library to take registrations.
Registration fees are $35 for the first child and $30 for each additional child. Scholarships are available. New players must bring a copy of their birth certificate.
Registration forms are also placed at the county library and the main office of Rappahannock „ County Elementary School. Please feel free to call the Registrar, Sara Lawrey at 6751781 with any questions you may have.
Happenings
• Monday, Feb. 7, the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors will meet at 2 and 7 p.m. in the courthouse.
• Tuesday, Feb. 8, the Rappahannock County School Board will meet at 7:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, Feb. 9, the Washington Town Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall.
