• Indoor or outdoor? “Outdoor weddings tend to be less formal, and indoor ceremonies, typically in a church, are more formal,” Wilson said. • Seasonal selections. A florist can help choose flowers that correspond to the season in which a wedding falls, if this is an important consideration. Don’t think the choices are limited to mums for a fall wedding, though, Wilson said. “We can order just about any type of flowers you want in any season,” he said.
• Color. This is a purely personal decision and the options are nearly limitless. “Color is very subjective when planning for wedding flowers,” Wilson said.'If the bridesmaids’ dresses are red and purple roses are the bride’s favorites, she should go for it. It’s her wedding, after all.
• Cost. Know the estimated budget before visiting the florist. There is no point in wading through catalogs that are out of the price range. If the final
