Rappahannock News Photo/Barbara C. Wayland Smokey the Bear (aka) Herbert Reynolds reminds Rappahannock residents of the 4 p.m. burning law that went into effect 1' on Feb. 15. The burning law states: No burning before 4 p.m. now through April 30 if the fire is in, or within 300 feet of woodland, brush land or fields containing dry grass or other flammable material.
