• In 1997 RCHS students under the guidance of Art Teacher Ms. Laurie Marshall and Drama Coach and English Teacher (at that time) Ms. Cynthia Cumins, wrote and produced a play about conflict resolution, “Rumble in the Mountains”. Along with the production, an incredible mural depicting the various elements involved in resolving conflict was also created. The production was video taped with the hope of selling it to raise funds for future projects.

The magazine “Teaching Tolerance” featured a twopage spread of the mural and information about the project including how to order the video. Orders and inquiries were received from across the country. As a result the
