1 rue Love Waits party set

A Wild West Rodeo will be held on Sunday, Feb. 20 at the Washington fire hall from 5 to 7:30 p.m. There will be some fun roundup activities, “good grub” and a presentation by the abstinence speakers of the Warrenton Crisis Pregnancy Center. It is a ‘True Love Waits” party for all teens. “Dress in cowboy attire and come on down,” said a spokesperson.

Band Booster meeting slated

The Rappahannock County Band Boosters will meet Thursday, Feb. 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock Elementary School. Everyone is invited. For information call John Wiese at 937-9909.

Shooting matches at Castleton

The Castleton Community Volunteer Fire Department will hold shooting matches every Saturday at 3 p.m. at their building. Rules are: 12 gauge shotgun, no scopes, no sleeves and limit to 30 inch barrels. Food will be sold at the matches.

Boy Scout Troop 36 to meet
