This year’s competition is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 27 at The Theatre in Washington. Student musicians are eligible to participate if they reside in Rappahannock or are attending school in the county.
Registration forms will be available at school offices, at the public library, from music teachers or Lions Club members.
