Beef Expo:
The 11th annual Virginia; Beef Expo will take place April 14 and 15 at the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington, The event will take place one week earlier than in previous years to accommodate crop planting schedules..
For 2000, the Expo has been beefed up with sales of additional breeds of cattle, an expanded trade show, more entertainment and a wider selection of food, along with a slate of outstanding presentations and contests. New this year is the Friday night Beef Bash, a smorgasbord of more than a dozen delicious all-youcan-eat beef dishes for one attractive price. Admission to the Expo is free. ‘
