This year, thanks to this generous program, Mrs. Deborah Flinchum, RCES First Grade teacher, and Mr. Ron Vickers, RCHS Industrial Arts teacher, will travel to Oxford University in England to attend an international conference, “Oxford Conference on Education”, focusing on leadership and ethics and sponsored by VPI.
