The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board, a human services organization, will receive sealed proposals for the purpose of contracting with one or more contractors to provide Medical Detoxification Services - Substance Abuse. Request for Proposal packages are available at the Procurement Office, 15361 Bradford Road, P.O. Box 1568, Culpeper, VA 22701, telephone number 540-8253100, Extension 3143. The Request for Proposal must be returned by 4:30 P.M., Friday, March 17, 2000. The Board reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal or reject proposals at any time phor to an award, to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be most advantageous to the Board.
