At the AACA meeting on Thursday, it was mentioned that Amissville is celebrating its 190th birthday. If any area residents have any information or pictures of' Amissville please contact me at 937-3401. We are trying to , get as much history as we can for several projects. I would like to thank Don * Audette for his presentation, it was very informative. The next meeting will be on March 9 same time, same place.
The Ruritans will meet *; this week on Thursday at 7:30 at the Amissville Baptist Church. Tax Seminar is on the agenda.
I had a birthday party for Gary on Saturday, there were about 30 people at our house. Gary’s mother gave him a pic- ' ture when he was about six or seven and he looks exactly like Dylan. Then we had a picture of him when he was four and he looks exactly like Evan. I would like to know where I was when they were bom, because they don’t look like me. We had a great laugh when the cake was opened and the bakery wrote Happy 25th birthday by mistake.
Prayers go out to Louise Smith, Bertie Hackley and it was nice to see Miss Omega in church on Sunday. Well that is all for now. If you have any news just call me!
