Strenuous opposition last June by some Washington residents to a proposed Rappahannock National Bank (RNB) drive-through window appears to have led to a planned 20 acre commercial development on US 211, just east of Schoolhouse Road. At its February meeting, the Planning Commission unanimously approved the rezoning of the parcel from agricultural to commercial, and has forwarded this recommendation
