The Planning Commissioners were polled for their opinions by Chairman Tom Junk. Butch Zindel said that it was a “good plan . . . good concept,” and he expressed approval for the control that the Planning Commission would have over the development and for the restrictions specified in the proffers. Tom Tepper said that he thought that the crux of the matter was whether the Comprehensive Plan was any good - the implication being that if the Comprehensive Plan is good, then so is this application because it follows it to the “letter of the law.”
