The Rappahannock Science Fair was held at RCES on Feb. 20-21. Students from kindergarten through the 12th grade displayed all sorts of amazing creations and investigations. RCES Principal Dave Smith complimented the students, reminding them that their excellent participation showed that they are all winners.
Jennifer Anderson, a junior at Virginia Tech, made the Dean’s List for the fall semester.
Miss Anderson, the daughter of Robert and Roberta Anderson of Woodville, is a history major with a minor in sociology.
Jason Fox played and sang an original composition, “Little Man,” at the annual Bland Contest on Sunday sponsored by the Rappahannock Lions Club.
