Wheatland Farms
Having worked for Susan and Chip Planck, owners of Wheatland Vegetable Farms in Purcellville, Rachel and Eric gained first hand farm experience before deciding to launch their own venture. Wheatland’s is a diversified, nochemical farm and the Plancks still serve as mentors to their former interns.
The Plancks also served as matchmakers, bringing Rachel and Eric together with Cliff Miller, who provided the opportunity for Waterpenny’s establishment.
