Mentor and train instructors. communicate with parents and teachers regarding students' progress, create and administer tests and develop student incentive plans. To qualify, you must have a bachelor's degree in education, state certification and 2+ years of education in addition to strong communication and managerial skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high energy environment. A fun. dynamic personality is essential.
