a Trailer Moved. Supervisor Lane reported that Robert L. Bowers of Amissville had moved a trailer on his property and also had put the trailer up for sale. Bowers’ action aided whet coaid have led to litigation initiated by the board.
According to Bowers, Supervisor Lane contacted him about a month ago asking Bowers’ intentions in regard to the traifar. Bowers said he told Supervisor Lane he would be out of the trailer October 1. Bowers said he had been notified by the zoning administrator that his permit expired on that date.
The trailer has been moved to a different location on the the Bowers’ property and is up for sale, Bowers said. He commended Supervisor Lane for contacting him to find out firsthand his plans in regard to the trailer.
