Editor's Note: The Rappahannock Public Action Committee (RPAC), which is now circulating a petition calling for tabling of the county’s proposed toning ordinance, drafted tit September the following objectives.

1. To resist the ensctment of the proposed new Zoning Ordinance in its entirety—as being much too lengthy, much too complicated, and as imposing an unacceptable regimentation of Rappahannock County residents, a society of free men and women.

2. To achieve re-enactment of the present 1973 Zoning Ordinance, with only such changes as are proven to the citizens in public hearings as being required by experience
