Bird then invited the board to make its decision. “I would mah* a motion that because of the evidence that has been presented to the board regarding the design aspects of the building, and its orginal intention for its use as a multi-family use and there was nothing done to that building other than to just change the statement of the intended use, that that puts the structure in violation of the permitted uses in a conservation district,” Kramer said.
“In view of this, I think that we should find that the zoning administrator was in error in the decision that he arrived at, and that we notify the Board of Supervisors of our finding in this matter.” The motion was approved unanimously.
