Waverly and Lillian Frazier’s oldest daughter celebrated her birthday last Sunday at the Frazier’s home. She is Ellen Wharton of Culpeper. She was joined by her two sisters and their husbands, Gail and Granville Colvin of Rapid an, Va., and Kate and Mark Tharpe of Culpeper and their two children Shannon and Tonya. They consumed a fine dinner, complete with birthday cake, and Ellen was delighted with all her gifts.
Frank and Doris Donald spent last weekend with their daughter Margaret and her husband Stephen McCauley, and the grandchildren in Colesville, Md. Doris had so much fun with five month old Sara, who was skidding around in her bouncing chair making a “woody-woodpecker” call. She kept everyone in stitches!
