The subject of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of having lived separate and apart for a period in excess of one (1) year, a vinculo matrimonii decree, pursuant to Virginia Code S2091 (9) of 1950, as amended

An affidavit having been made and filed that the Defendant, Marion Strahler Lee, has a last Known address at which she no longer resides and that due diligence has been used on behalf of Plaintiff to ascertain in what country or city the Defendant presently resides, without effect, it is ORDERED that she appear before the Court on or before November 9, 1984 and do what is necessary to protect her interest therein

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order of Publication be published once a week tor four weeks in succession in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia
