By JANE BANGLEY 4 Rappahannock News Staff Writer Administration staff at the high school and elementary school are looking forward to a good, if busier than usual, school year. Since there are 24 new teachers among the system’s 69, elementary school Principal Margaret Piper and high school Principal Robert Chappel expect to spend more time on new teacher orientation. “They come in good teachers,” said Piper. “Their biggest hurdle is learning little details like their way around the building and the way we do things here.” The elementary school will have 11 new teachers and a new library aide.
