Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Miller, Jr., are proud to announce the birth of their son, Jackson Newbill III, who was bom August 17 at Winchester Memorial Hospital. He weighed 7 lbs. 1 oz. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. J. Newbill Miller of Washington, Dr. Frank H. Ruling of Winchester and Mrs. Thomas R. Davis of Richmond.
Mr. and Mrs. Eric Wayne Heflin of Chester Gap are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Krystal Dawn, on July 21 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
Krystal weighed six pounds 15 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Prior to her marriage, Mrs. Heflin was Tammy Dawn Williams. Krystal’s grandparents are Mrs. Jane Williams of Chester Gap and Rev. and Mrs. Hoover Heflin of Rivermont Drive.
