Shareholders' Meeting Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a call of its directors, a special meeting of the shareholders of The Rappahannock National Bank of Washington will be held at its banking house at Gay Street, in ti e Town of Washington, State of Virginia, on Tuesday, September 17, 1985 at 9:00 A M., for the purpose of considering and determining by vote I whether an agreement to merge the said bank and Blueridge National Bank, located in the Town of Washington, State of Virginia, under the provision of the laws of the United States, shall be ratified and confirmed, sublet to the approval of the Comptroller of the Currency, Southeastern District, Atlanta, Georgia, and for the purpose of voting upon any other matter incidental to the proposed merger of the two banks A copy of the aforesaid agreement, executed by a majority of the directors of each of the two banks, providing for the merger, is on file at the bank and may be inspected during business hours.
