The Flint Hill Extension Homemakers Club met August 13 at the home of Mrs. Mabel Pendleton. Among those present were Misses Margaret Dodson and Elsie Dodson, Mrs. Sandra Jenkins, Mrs. Flo Duvall, Mrs. Margaret Muter, Miss Ellen Mustoe and Mrs. Russie Miller.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hickerson attended the wedding of James Stewart Lillard and Miss Betty Jean Morris at the Free Methodist Church at Culpeper on Saturday.

Mrs. Robert Nethers, Mrs. Dorothy Lewis and Mrs. Helen Coffey visited Mrs. Virda Jenkins at Culpeper Memorial Hospital on Friday.

Calling on Mrs. Nethers on Friday were Heather Aylor and Mrs. Ranny Aylor of Sperryville, and David Aylor od Woodbridge. They also visited Mrs. Dorothy Lewis at Huntly.

Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hickerson motored to Culpeper on Tuesday where they had dinner at Country Cookin’ to celebrate Mrs. Lillard’s birthday.

Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Lillard of Springfield were guests Thursday of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hickerson.

Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Smoot of Culpeper visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. 0. Smoot, Friday.

Miss Sallie Lillard was an overnight guest Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kinsey and boys at Front Royal.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Curtis visited their son Jim in Columbia, Md., on Sunday.
