Elmer Foster
Elmer Foster, 28, of Bloomery Star Route, Winchester, died August 14 in Winchester Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Mr. Foster was the son of Edward J. and Theresa Wiesmaner Foster of Front Royal. He was a tow truck driver for Shenandoah Press in Strasburg.
Surviving with his parents are his wife, Carol Rogers Foster; two daughters, Kimberly N. Foster and Kelly A. Foster; two sisters, Ruth Ann Pullen of Washington and Elizabeth Gordon of Front Royal; three brothers, Robert Foster of New Bedford, Mass., and George and Timothy Foster of Front Royal.
A funeral was conducted August 17 by the Rev. Anthony Wadsworth. Burial was in Gainesboro Cemetery.
