Aiso, says Gottlieb, Marshall demonstrated a knack for solidifying “all the diverse groups in the county. She’s a good listener and doesn’t really belong to any one group in the county” which may bias her work.
Wood agrees.
“She gets along well with other people,” he says. “That’s why she’s so valuable” to RAAC.
But Marshall contributed more.
“She’s provided a lot of energy and creativity to the organization,” says Wood. “It will take a very diligent search to find a suitable replacement.”
