Under the new ordinance, the list of “by-right” uses in residential zones is slightly expanded to include single family residences, libraries, home occupations, orchards, garN dens, vineyards and non-commercial beekeeping, fowl and signs. “Byright” uses in village mixed use zones include all those listed in residential plus retail uses of less than 700 square feet or craft uses in an existing retail space. In the areas zoned village services, all of the above uses are permitted, plus public buildings , and office buildings of not more than two stories, with not more than 1000 square feet on the ground floor.
