Sweet ’N’ Sour Salad

with Ground Beef

1-1/2 pounds ground beef 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1 can (8 oz.) Chinese noodles 1 can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple drained 1 small green pepper, diced 1 small onion, cut in bite-size wedges lettuce leaves

Dressing: 1 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons pineapple juice 1 teaspoon honey 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Salad: In skillet, brown ground beef with garlic salt and ginger. Drain. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom of a serving dish. Layer noodles, pineapple, green pepper, onion ' and ground beef mixture on lettuce. Top with the dressing and serve immediately. Dressing: Combine sour cream, pineapple juice, honey and ginger. Serve over salad. Makes: 4 servings.
