Entry fees will be waived for exhibitors of beef and dairy cattle, hogs, sheep, dairy goats and cash grain crops at the 1986 State Fair of Virginia, September 18-28. The midway and concession people, who make up the large part of the entertainment entity, have united in raising funds to offset the entry fee revenue of the State Fair, a private non-profit corporation. The fundraising group is led by Tony Santillo, a concession operator who has run a food service operation at the State Fair for 40 years.
