Neal Upshur was recently
hired as a Soil Conservationist with the Soil Conservation Service. He is presently assigned to the field office in Culpeper. This particular office serves both Culpeper and Rappahannock Counties of the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District.
Wool producers in Rappahannock County are reminded to report all sales of wool and unshorn lambs to the Rappahannock County ASCS Office as soon as all sales are complete. An application for payment under the Wool Incentive Program must be filed in order to qualify for any possible payments.
