Walter W. Belson, an early leader in public relations and the development of trade associations, died of a stroke on Tuesday, August 1, at his home in Bethesda, Maryland. He was eighty*seven.
Bom in Hartford, Wisconsin in 1902, Mr. Belson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism at Marquette University in 1925.
