The barbaric murder of my constituent, Lt. Col. William “Rich” Higgins, by the Islamil terrorists who abducted him, has once again reminded America that having the strongest military forces in the world does not necessarily enable us to respond efficiently and effectively against terrorists and drug kingpins abroad who are killing Americans with impunity.
The United States must take whatever action is necessary to destroy Hezbollah and the various other bands of terrorists in Lebanon. To effectively do that, it is clear that we need to restore an essential weapon in our arsenal against terrorists.
