was not home at the time, but the oldest child knew where I was and called me. She was scared and crying. I told her to be calm and I would call the Sheriff’s Department I did just that and the answer I got was, “I’m not going to mess with that man. ”
Another time I was attending a dance at Flat Woods Inn. My nephew was being beaten on the ground and a man was standing back with a shotgun or rifle aimed at him. I took my son and went home. I called the State Police and they told me to contact the local Sheriffs Department. I did so and the answer I got was, “We are busy working on a breaking and entering case.”
The very next night ny nephew was gunned down.
So you see Vickie, they need to change their motto from “We Protect and We Serve” to “We Protect and We Serve Certain People.”
I also agree with John LeKander; but Jon Heddleston and Tom Von Fange, mind your own business and let the people watch whatever they want to.
