In Washington, Rep. Slaughter has'proved himself as an able, dedicated , hard-working representative. His votes have reflected the philosophy of the Shenandoah Valley. . About the most his opponents can say against him is that he is not glamorous and is not seen on television as much as some other congressmen. With this we agree.
