Mr. ruuen s la/a uiasmoDue was struck in the rear by a 1990 Mazda, driven by Brenda Bartlome, 20, of Lorton. Trooper Moore said Ms. Bartlome “apparently was not paying attention,” and was unable to stop before hitting Mr. Pullen’s car. She was charged with reckless driving.
The trooper said all those involved were wearing seat belts, and there were no serious injuries requiring hospitalization.
He estimated damage to the Oldsmobile at $500, and about $6,000 damage to the Mazda.
