Overeaters Anonymous meeting

An Overeaters Anonymous meeting is held every Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church. There are no dues or fees.

Parents to meet

There will be a meeting of Parents as Partners in Learning (PTO Curriculum Committee) on Monday, Nov. 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the RCES library. The subject is how to engage cooperation through positive reinforcement at home and at school. A video will be viewed.

The Rappahannock Senior Citizens “Old Family Recipe” books are back. If you would like a cookbook please mail $5.50 plus $1.25 for postage and handling to Rappahannock Senior Nutrition Site, Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington, VA 22747.

Middle Street art class

Tanya Richey offers a Watercolor Power class each Thursday from 1-3 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Windflower Gallery. The class will explore new techniques in watercolor painting. The fee is $45 for members, $55 for non-members for five classes. For information, call 6751113.

Christmas bazaar

The annual Christmas bazaar sponsored by the Culpeper Farmer’s Market will be held on Saturday, Nov. 17 and Saturday, Dec. 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Floyd T. Binns School in Culpeper. Crafts are needed for the bazaar. The rental fee is $15 for one space or $20 for two. Tables and chairs will be provided. To reserve a space call Donna at 948-3310 or Claire at 672-5311.
