Shirley Bennett
Shirley Ann Bennett, 51, of Stephens City died Oct. 23 in Georgetown University Hospital.
A funeral was held Oct. 27 at Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal with the Rev. Hoover Heflin officiating. Burial was in Flint Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Bennett was born April 24, 1939, in Comins, Mich., the daughter of the late Claude and Caroline Buschman Harder. She attended Green Valley Baptist Church in Cedarville.
Surviving are her husband, Paul E. Bennett; two sons, Paul E. Bennett Jr. of Fairfax and Brad L. Bennett of White Plains, Md.; two daughters, Ellen B. Joback of Flint Hill and Paula B. Murphy of Waldorf, Md.; one brother, Delton Harder of Turner, Mich.; three sisters, Velma Emig of Comins, June Hinkley of Charlotte, Mich, and Doris Jensen of Ucluelet, British Columbia; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
