An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Petition having stated that said Bernice Freeman and Kennedy Freeman are or maybe non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the address of Bernice Freeman, if she is living, is unknown, and that the address of Kennedy Freeman, if he is living is unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/ or addresses are unknown, which Petition has made said persons parties defendant by the
