The inmate said he is unwilling to reveal the names of the participants because he is using the information as leverage to persuade authorities to reunite him with Billy Jenkins, a friend who is serving a murder conviction in another Nevada prison. See has been granted immunity and said he hopes to eventually attain freedom for Jenkins.
He was also unwilling to give details of the location of the burial ground.
“That’s the whole hog,” See said.
See said he is the son of Charles and Viola See of Annandale and lived in Fauquier as a foster child from about 13 years of age to his mid-teens. He lived for a time at Wheatley Farms near Bear’s Den west of Warrenton, he said, and also at the Partridge School.
Wheatley is the site of the Wheatley subdivision; and the Partridge School and Rehabilitation Center, located on a 550-acre farm near Gainesville in the late ’50s and early ’60s, was a school for children with brain injuries, mental retardation, learning difficulties or problems of emotional adjustment as well as for welfare cases and children of underpriviledged families.
Adults did not participate in the murders, said See, but did take part in the burials. He said also that a ledger of the murders was kept. Though he would not say where they were located, See said that the owner of the property was aware of the burials.
