At the meeting on Nov. 7, the Region 6 Committee will serve as a catalyst for community leaders to explore:
• What programs and services already exist in Rappahannock County for undereducated adults?
• How extensive are they?
• What are the needs and gaps in these services?
• What steps can be taken in the next six months to begin to fill these needs?
• Who is willing to undertake them?
The Community Analysis Forum will meet on Nov. 7 from noon to 5 p.m. at the parish hall of Trinity Church in . Washington. Members of the public who have a concern for the issue of functional illiteracy in the county are cordially invited to attend. All who come will be the guests of the Region 6 Committee for lunch.
