Add pumpkin, eggs, and orange juice concentrate; mix well. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; stir into pumpkin mixture. Pour into a greased and floured 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares to serve. Yield: 12 to 15 servings. Pumpkin ice cream pie 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened 1 baked 9-inch pastry shell, chilled 1 cup canned pumpkin 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 cup whipping cream, whipped Spread ice cream evenly in chilled pastry shell; freeze. Combine next 6 ingredients, mixing well. Fold in whipped cream. Spread pumpkin mixture evenly over ice cream; freeze pie. Remove pie from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Yield: one 9inch pie.

in Shenandoah The Annual Miss §t Master “Winter Wonderland” Beauty Pageant will be held on Sunday, Nov. 11 at 3 p.m. at the Shenandoah Community Center, in Shenandoah. Girls age divisions include: Baby Miss (0-23 mo.); Tiny Miss (2-3); Little Miss (4-6); Pre-Teen Miss'(710); Jr. Miss (11-24); and Sr. Miss (15-19). The deadline for entering the pageant is Nov. 8, and absolutely no entries will be taken at the door without a $5.00 late fee.
