In early September of the same year he was released and returned to his home in Washington, D.C. He was assigned to a probation officer there. In August of 1994 the Washington D.C. probation officer reported that Mr. Capies had made regular contact through October 1993, but starting in November he had failed to report as scheduled and had failed to make payment towards his court costs.

This past March he was back in court where the judge continued his probation for one more year and ordered him to pay costs by this September. When he failed to keep an appointment with a probation officer in Warrenton or set another time for one in April, another court date was set, and when he failed to appear, a capias was issued for his arrest.

Mr. Capies last known address was 1420 Canal St. S.W., Washington, D.C.
